Review: The Thames Head Inn - near Cirencester 🍽
A quaint little pub that’s dog-friendly and has a cosy atmosphere. Not the best for those with babies or small toddlers/children, though.
Review: The Met - Whiteladies Road, Bristol 🍽
An up-market restaurant featuring Asian fusion dishes and a great brunch menu - a fab spot to take you from day to night drinks with friends.
Review: Burra - Redland, Bristol 🍽
If you’re looking for a good brunch spot, look no further. It’s a small, yet beautifully formed cafe just off of Whiteladies Road near Clifton. Expect a little wait, but the food and friendly staff make it worth it.
Review: Cowbee, Bristol 🍽
Cowbee is a dessert and burger spot in the centre of town, right near College Green. Although it was really tasty the first time we ventured there, on second visit, it was in need of some improvements.
Review: Mokoko, Box Makers Yard, Bristol 🧁
This new Mokoko cafe is the latest in the chain’s stores to open and is a great addition to the Temple Quay area. With a nice atmosphere and delicious pastries, it’s a brilliant spot to meet friends or do a bit of work.

Review: The Gumstool Inn, Tetbury 🍽
A lovely gastropub on the grounds of Calcot Manor, just outside of Tetbury, a small town nestled in the Cotswolds. The service was great and they really cater well for babies and kids.
Review: Wingstop, Bristol 🍽
A good spot for a quick bite, although a little pricier than most fast food chains. The wings are tasty and offer lots of different flavour choices; the sides are a bit ‘meh’. Go if you’re hungry and need something fast.
